2. ORDERING FROM US
2.1 You place an order with us by completing the checkout process on our website.
2.2 Before submitting your order you will have the opportunity to review your order details and correct any errors.
2.3 Once your order is placed you will receive an automated order confirmation email.
2.4 Payment is taken at the time of order.
2.5 Acceptance of your order takes place when the goods are dispatched.
2.6 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where:

payment authorisation cannot be obtained

3. PRODUCT INFORMATION
3.1 We take care to ensure product descriptions, images and specifications are accurate.
3.2 Minor variations in colour or appearance may occur due to screen settings, lighting, or manufacturing processes.
3.3 For personalised products, you accept that minor adjustments to text placement, spacing or layout may be required to ensure the design fits appropriately.
3.4 Frame dimensions refer to the external frame size, not the printed image size.
4. PRICING
4.1 All prices are displayed in British Pounds (£) and include VAT where applicable.
4.2 Delivery charges and any additional services will be displayed at checkout.
4.3 Prices may change at any time without prior notice.
4.4 Promotional codes may not be combined unless explicitly stated.
5. PROCESSING & DISPATCH
5.1 Processing times vary depending on the product ordered.
5.2 Estimated production and dispatch times are displayed on individual product pages.
5.3 Personalised, bespoke, or made-to-order items may take up to 14 days to be produced before dispatch.
5.4 By placing an order you acknowledge and accept the production timeframe stated on the relevant product page at the time of purchase.
6. DELIVERY
6.1 Orders are delivered using third-party carriers such as Royal Mail and other courier services.
6.2 Delivery timeframes displayed at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
6.3 Once an order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by the courier network and delays outside our control may occasionally occur.
6.4 If tracking indicates a parcel has been delivered but you believe you have not received it, you must notify us promptly so that we can raise an investigation with the courier.
6.5 Courier investigations must be completed before a replacement or refund can be issued.
6.6 Items are not considered lost until 10 working days have passed from the expected delivery date.

7. INCORRECT ADDRESSES
7.1 Customers are responsible for ensuring the delivery address entered at checkout is accurate.
7.2 We cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer.
7.3 Once an order has been dispatched we are unable to amend the delivery address.
7.4 If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or failure to collect from a delivery office or locker, additional delivery charges may apply before the order can be resent.
8. PERSONALISED & MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS
8.1 Many of our products are personalised or made to order.
8.2 Orders for personalised items cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
8.3 Personalised, bespoke or custom-made items cannot be returned or refunded unless they are faulty, damaged, or incorrectly produced.
9. RETURNS & REFUNDS
9.1 Our full returns procedure is outlined in our Refunds & Returns Policy.
9.2 Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in their original condition, and suitable for resale.
9.3 Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
9.4 Refunds are processed once returned items have been inspected.
9.5 Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
10. DAMAGED OR FAULTY GOODS
10.1 If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
10.2 You must provide:

a description of the issue

photographic evidence of the item and packaging
10.3 Once the item has been assessed we will offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
11. EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL
We shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform our obligations where such delay or failure results from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

12. WEBSITE ACCESS
While we aim to ensure the website is available at all times, access may occasionally be suspended for maintenance, updates or circumstances beyond our control.

These materials may not be reproduced, copied, distributed or used without our prior written permission.
Unauthorised use may violate copyright, trademark and other applicable laws.
