Returns Eligibility
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.
To qualify for a return, items must:

Be unused and in their original condition

Show no signs of wear, use, or damage

Be returned in a condition suitable for resale

Be free from strong odours, including but not limited to perfume, aftershave, smoke, cooking smells, or pet odours
We do not offer free returns. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
All approved returns received within 14 days will be refunded to the original payment method used at checkout.
Refunds are processed within 7 working days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
Returns Outside the Return Period
We do not accept returns outside of the 14-day returns period.
If items are returned after this timeframe, they will be sent back to you, and you will be required to cover the cost of return postage.
Condition & Inspection
All returned items are fully inspected upon receipt.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund or issue a partial refund if the item:

Shows signs of wear or use

Has been damaged after delivery

Is not returned in a resalable condition

Contains strong or noticeable odours (including perfume, aftershave, smoke, cooking smells, or pet odours)
Where an item is returned in an unsaleable condition due to wear or odours, we reserve the right to return the item to the customer at their expense.
Responsibility for Returns
Returned items remain your responsibility until they reach us.
You must obtain proof of postage when returning items, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit. We strongly recommend using a tracked service and ensuring items are securely packaged.

Postage Costs
Original postage costs are non-refundable, except where an item is confirmed to be faulty.
Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
Unfortunately, the following items cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or refunded:

Bespoke or made-to-order products

Items made to specific customer requirements outside of standard customisation options

Any product that cannot be resold due to a personalised or bespoke element
This does not affect your statutory rights in the event of a faulty or misdescribed item.
