Refunds Policy
The item needs to be in its original condition and must show no signs of wear. We have a 14-day return policy from when the order was delivered to you. We do not offer a free return policy. You will have to pay the return postage. All returns received within 14 days will be refunded back to your original payment method.
Refund can take up to 7 days to process.
After that?
We do not accept returns outside of the returns period above. If you return any items after this time, we will return the item/s back to you and ask you to cover the cost.
All items are inspected on return.
Returns are your responsibility until they reach us. You need to obtain proof of postage to show you have returned the item/s. Please ensure it is packed up properly.
Faulty Items?
Oh no! We’re really sorry you have received a faulty item. Please get in touch with our returns team within 48 hours with the details and photos on smile@beautyandthebutton.co.uk so we can get this sorted for you.
